Shipping
All orders for products that are currently in stock are processed, prepared, and dispatched within a maximum of 2 business days from the moment the order is confirmed. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the customer will receive the corresponding shipping confirmation and tracking details when available.
We work with trusted logistics partners such as DHL and Dachser to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of our products. The selected carrier may vary depending on the destination, size, and nature of the shipment.
In the event that a product is not available in stock at the time of purchase, delivery to our warehouse usually takes approximately 3 weeks. Once the product arrives at our facilities, it will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible following the same dispatch process.
Estimated transit times after dispatch are as follows:
• Shipments within Spain generally take around 3 business days.
• Shipments within Europe may take up to 10 business days.
